The name for this mall comes from the fact that it actually has a Carousel in it.  The Carousel is located in the food court of the mall.  It was the 18th carousel ever made by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company.  Owners of the mall are trying to enlarge it to make it Destiny USA, the next largest mall in America and for it to be the most environmentally friendly.  Carousel Mall contains not only many stores, but restaurants and movie theaters.
